This series of statutes address arbitration in Wisconsin. An agreement in writing between two or more persons that contains a provision to arbitrate are valid, irrevocable and enforceable. This chapter does not apply to contracts between employers and employees. The chapter addresses, court orders to arbitrate, how arbitrators are chosen, and awards.
