The Mediation Provisions section of the Code of Virginia is Title 8.01, Chapter 21.2, Section 8.01-581.21 through 581.23. These sections address definitions of key mediation terms; confidentiality and the corresponding exceptions; and civil immunity for mediators and mediation programs.
