In fiscal year 2008-09, court-related mediation expenditures were $1,860,775, as compared to $55,715 in 1995-05 and $1,204,410 in 2002-03. Additionally, the number of child custody, visitation and support mediations conducted rose from 4,024 in 2000-2001 to 11,240 in 2008-2009.
