Michigan Court Rule 2.410 - Alternative Dispute Resolution

Supreme Court of Michigan. Jan. 25, 2019
https://courts.michigan.gov/Courts/MichiganSupremeCourt/rules/Documents/HTML/CRs/Ch%202/Court%20Rules%20Book%20Ch%202-Responsive%20HTML5/Court_Rules_Book_Ch_2/Court_Rules_Chapter_2/Court_Rules_Chapter_2.htm

Under this rule, all civil cases are subject to alternative dispute resolution and may be submitted by court order at any time, after consultation with the parties, though parties may object to this order. The rule outlines procedures and requirements for the adoption by the trial court of an ADR plan and the entering of the order for submission to ADR, as well as requirements regarding attendance and consequences for failure to attend.
