This chapter applies to mediations required by statute, court or administrative agency, a mediation where parties and the mediator agree that communication is privileged and cases where "parties utilize as a mediator a person that holds himself or herself out as providing mediation services." The chapter addresses discovery, mediator reports, confidentiality and agreements.
