This site contains information and rules on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals' Settlement Conference Program, as well as contact information for the program administrators and other information. This program, in accordance with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 33, holds conferences to help the settlement of civil appeals. Cases are selected randomly to participate in this program, but may be scheduled at the request of one of the disputants.
