The Multi-Door ADR Program of the Northern District of Ohio began on January 1, 1992 and offers mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation, summary bench trial and summary jury trial processes for the resolution of civil cases. This program description outlines the five processes and addresses issues of neutral selection, compensation and confidentiality, among other topics.
