This statute addresses arbitration in cases where there is a written agreement and the conflict occurs either at the time of or after the date of the agreement. Parties may only revoke an agreement "on a ground that exists at law or in equity for the revocation of a contract." The court may order arbitration if an agreement exists and one party refuses to participate in arbitration. The statute addresses attendance, compliance, failure to appear, mediator selection and awards.
