The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch provides the following court-sponsored alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs: arbitration, attorney trial referee, court-annexed mediation, early intervention, early neutral evaluation, expedited process track, fact-finding, foreclosure mediation, housing specialists, family services mediation, special masters in family matters and summary jury trials. The civil clerk's office and court information desk will also maintain information about private ADR programs, which include civil, family and motor vehicle cases.
