The New York State Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs. Jan. 1, 2009
http://ww2.nycourts.gov/sites/default/files/document/files/2018-07/Standards_of_Conduct.pdf

These standards of conduct were created by the New York State Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs and have been adapted from the American Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and the Association of Conflict Resolution's Revised Model Standards of Conduct. The standards cover self-determination, impartiality, conflicts of interest, competence, confidentiality, the mediation process, advertising, and a mediator's responsibilities to the medaition profession.
