This appendix provides regulations for the Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution and implements South Carolina Appellate Court Rule 422. The regulations address commission membership and meetings, the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification and the application process to become a neutral. The appendix also outlines decertification and disciplinary procedures of neutrals, the hearing process and steps involved to become reinstated as a neutral after decertification. The commission will maintain rosters for both neutrals and approved training programs at the South Carolina Bar.
