Oklahoma Statutes Title 12, Chap. 37-1801 et seq.: Dispute Resolution Act

Oklahoma Legislature. Jan. 24, 2006
http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=94824

This chapter authorizes counties, municipalities, accredited law schools or agencies of the state to establish mediation programs, and directs the Administrative Director of the Courts to administer and supervise these programs. The chapter also creates the Dispute Resolution Advisory Board, as well as the Dispute Resolution System Revolving Fund, which is financed by new filing fees for civil cases. All mediation proceedings are set as confidential by the statute, which also includes rules that further outline mediation proceedings.
