Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System: 2007 Annual Report

This report provides an overview of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) System in Oklahoma, which is made up of 12 community-based mediation (Early Settlement) centers and 12 mediation programs developed by state agencies. In fiscal year 2007, 5,139 cases were referred to the centers, 2,244 were mediated and 1,433 resulted in a full or partial agreement (64 percent). The report outlines state agency programs, training opportunities from 2007 and goals of the ADR System.
