The Ohio Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Section was established in 1992 and "has helped establish mediation programs in more than 50 courts" in Ohio. The section trains mediators and provides funding and consulting for the programs, which exist in trial and appellate courts. The website contains links to publications, rules and legislation and provides resources for foreclosure mediation, parenting coordination and court-connected mediation.
