This statute authorizes the Supreme Court to adopt standards of conduct for mediators, and creates the Dispute Resolution Commission to implement and administer mediator certification programs along those standards. The statute also describes the processes the Commission should follow when reviewing mediators certification or certification renewal, or allegations of mediator misconduct.
