http://www.nycourts.gov/ip/adr/Publications/Annual_Reports/AR04-05.pdf

This report describes the work of the New York Community Dispute Resolution Centers Program (CDRCP) from April 1, 2004, through March 31, 2005. In 2004-2005, 23,635 mediations, conciliations and arbitrations took place with 79 percent of cases mediated or conciliated reaching a voluntary agreement. Forty-seven percent of referrals to the program came from courts in fiscal year 2004-2005. The report addresses issues of neutral qualifications and training as well as program management. Finally, Appendix A of this report provides a list of agencies that contract with CDRCP and Appendix B provides statistical tables.
