This annual report for 2002-2003 is for the Community Dispute Resolution Centers Program in New York state. It describes the activity for all community dispute resolution centers throughout the state, and includes certification standards for mediators in the centers. In 2002-2003, 2,000 volunteer mediators logged 88,535 hours of pro bono mediation services. The centers "conducted 28,548 conciliations, mediations, and arbitrations that served 66,070 people" (p.1).
