Under this statute, claims in the Superior Court related to breach of contract, fraud, business tort, property, surety bonds, franchisee/franchisor relationships, non-medical malpractice, real estate title petitions, commercial class actions and commercial bank transactions, among other types of claims, may be assigned to the business and commercial dispute docket for alternative dispute resolution.
