New Hampshire Statutes 458:15-c: Annulment, Divorce and Separation Mediation

This statute permits the use of mediation in annulment, divorce and separation cases. Under this statute, the court may order parties to participate in mediation upon the request of either party. Mediation may be used to discuss all relevant issues to their cases including property settlement and alimony. Mediation may not be ordered to pursuant to this section if the cases involved minor children and if the parties are available for mediation under RSA 461-A:7.
