This statutes establishes a "dispute resolution fee" of 75 cents for every case filed in every county and district court, as well as every appeal filed in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. The fees will be credited to the Dispute Resolution Cash Fund, which was established by the Nebraska Dispute Resolution Act.
