Michigan Office of Dispute Resolution Annual Reports 2016-2017

Michigan Office of Dispute Resolution. Jan. 1, 2017
https://courts.michigan.gov/Courts/COA/aboutthecourt/Documents/AnnualReport2017.pdf#search=%222017%20annual%20report%22

These are summary reports published by the Michigan Office of Dispute Resolution. The court's Annual Reports outline the services, statistics and developments for Michigan Community Dispute Resolution Programs (CDRP). Since 1990, the CDRP has functioned as a network of nonprofit organizations that receives grant funding from the State Court Administrative Office and and is commissioned to provide Michigan citizens with access to ADR.

Currently, annual reports for FY 2016 and FY 2017 are available for view. These reports provide statistics for how many cases settle disputes, the average amount per settlement, and the sustainability of party agreements.
