Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration, previously called the Office of Dispute Resolution and Public Collaboration, works out of the University of Boston and was officially established by law in 1990. The organization's mission is to work with 'government agencies, courts, businesses, non-profits and citizen groups and provide the following services: consensus building/collaborative problem-solving, deliberative dialogue, dispute systems design, evaluation, facilitation, joint fact-finding, mediation, public participation, regulatory negotiation, training, and workplace climate assessment.'
