Section 452 of this statute establishes confidentiality for all communication made during the mediation process, with the following exceptions: information is necessary to allow investigations of misconduct by the mediator; information the mediator is required to disclose by statute or court rule; information that is necessary to stop an ongoing crime; and information regarding the issue of a threat of physical violence from one party to another.
