The Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education's goal is to to "enhance the quality of legal services and professionalism in Indiana through administering, developing and regulating continuing legal education requirements, mediation training standards and attorney specialization programs." Established in 1986, the commission currently reviews 8,000 courses and 'keeps records for over 262 specialist listings, over 1,300 mediators and 16,000 attorneys.'
