Illinois Statutes 765 ILCS 605/32 Alternate Dispute Resolution; mediation; arbitration

This act states that according to the declaration or bylaws of a condominium association, disputants engaged in a dispute with no monetary value, or a value of less than $10,000, are required to take the dispute to mediation or arbitration. Illinois Uniform Arbitration Act governs all arbitration proceedings under this section.
