The local rules for Illinois' 3rd Judicial Circuit cover Illinois' Madison and Bond Counties. 

Rules of Practice Arbitration: Covers Madison County's mandatory arbitration program. 

Rules of Practice, Part 5: Mediation in Medical Malpractice Cases: Describe Madison County's mandatory mediation program for medical malpractice cases. 

Rules of Practice, Part 6 Voluntary Mediation in Civil Cases: Outlines the rules and procedures for Madison County's Civil Division mediation program. Mediation is voluntary for any civil case valued in excess of eligibility for court-annexed mandatory arbitration. 

Rules of Practice Part 9 Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation: Provides information on Madison and Bond Counties Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program. Mediation is available only for cases involving owner-occupied, residential properties that serve as the homeowner's primary residence. 

Rules of Practice Custody and Mediation (Part 12): Outline Madison County's custody mediation program. This program permits the use of mediation for any contested issue of parental responsibility including custody, visitation, guardianship, and removal cases.
