This report outlines alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs in Georgia courts from July 2004 through June 2005, focusing on mediation, arbitration and early neutral evaluation. The report profiles neutrals in Georgia and lists ADR processes offered by county. In fiscal year 2005, 31,898 cases were referred to ADR programs with 21,776 completing an ADR process. The report proceeds to provide ADR statistics for the superior, state, probate, magistrate and juvenile courts as well as program descriptions for individual courts.
