This report presents statistics on cases mediated in the Arkansas circuit courts during fiscal year 2010. Overall, 440 cases were referred to mediation. These included domestic relations, civil, juvenile and probate cases. Sixty-three percent of cases reached full or partial agreement. The report provides further statistics on the issues sent to mediation, the number of sessions held and the number of hours spent mediating per case. It also breaks down the referred cases by county and circuit.
