The Colorado Restorative Justice Council was created by statute in 2007. It is responsible for providing training and technical support to restorative justice programs for juvenile cases, and to encourage and support the development of new programs in the state. The Council is also tasked with providing a repository of information about restorative justice programs in Colorado, which it does on the Colorado Judicial Branch website, providing an overview of its work and links to local programs, listed by county and service type.
