This organization is involved in several activities: seminars; lectures; conferences on negotiation and conflict resolution themes; training; direct dispute resolution service to clients; research; and publication of a newsletter, CNCR NEWS, which notes developments in conflict resolution and related work done by Rutgers. The CNCR library also offers a variety of conflict resolution resources, including journals, newsletters, legislation, ADR rules and procedures, model programs, training materials, audio and video tapes, working papers from CNCR and access to web sites and other online materials.
