The Capital University Law School Center for Dispute Resolution was established in 1984 with a mission "to serve as a resource for and to be engaged in teaching, training, experimentation, application, development, and research with regard to the processes that are available to resolve disputes, with particular emphasis on negotiation and mediation." The website contains links to publications about mediation, information regarding national and international projects sponsored by the Center and information about trainings.
