This report discusses the current activities and programs in Nevada's court system from July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009. The report describes the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI), Family Court settlement conferences, foreclosure mediation and medical malpractice settlement conferences. The report also discusses Nevada's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, which was established in 1992, and provides caseload and settlement rate information for the 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th district courts.
