Alternatives, Inc. is a youth and family agency serving the north side of Chicago. One of the agency's initiatives is a restorative justice program that includes peer juries and peer mediation in Chicago Public Schools, conflict resolution training for youth, and talking circles as a process for bringing people together to discuss difficult or painful experiences.
