Part IV of this Administrative Order outlines procedures for Illinois' 6th Circuit Child Protection Mediation Program. The rules require mandatory mediation of custody, allocation of parental responsibilities, relocation and parenting time issues. These rules outline attorney requirements, detail the requirements for case management conferences, judicial training in child custody issues, mediator training requirements, and the parent education program requirements.
