Rule VIII(I) describes Vermilion County court's Mandatory Mediation Program for Child Custody and Visitation Disputes. The rule addresses mediation qualifications, appointment and compensation, as well as guidelines for the scheduling and conduct of mediation sessions.
Rule XV describes the Civil Mediation Program which permits the use of mediation small claims cases.
