15th Judicial Circuit of Illinois. April 1, 2007; amended October 10, 2008
http://www.15thjudicialcircuit.com/images/court_rules/domestic_relations/domestic.pdf

This rule mandates mediation for all child custody and visitation disputes, except in cases where the presiding judge determines one or both parties would be unable to fully participate in the process. The rule discusses the qualifications and duties of the mediator, as well as general procedures for selecting a mediator and conducting mediation. The rule also stipulates that the mediator may not disclose information obtained during mediation, except where there is a danger of imminent harm to a party or child.
