Eric Slepak-Cherney joined RSI in 2015 as Resource Center Director, before transitioning to Director of ADR Programs in August 2016, and Associate Director in September 2018. In this role, he assists in setting the strategic vision for RSI, coordinating the development and administration of the organization's programs and managing its fundraising activities.

Eric holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. While in law school, Eric served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, where he developed a passion for alternative dispute resolution and published his Note, "No Longer Left to Their Own Devices: Utilizing and Facilitating Mediation to Give Students Access to Assistive Technology." He was further able to explore ADR through his work as a disability rights advocate in both New York and Chicago.

As Associate Director, Eric focuses on how to sustain and grow RSI in its mission to improve access to justice through court alternative dispute resolution.
